Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Arph order. Here's exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

You may return most unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations — this policy does not affect those rights.
- · Eligible: items returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags or seals intact.
- · For hygiene and safety: battery-powered items (the Fabric Shaver) and the refillable spray bottle can only be returned if unopened and unused.
- · Not refundable: items damaged through use, missing parts or packaging, or returned after the 14-day window (unless faulty).
- 1. Email support@arph.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- 2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and send a return authorisation with the return address.
- 3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back within 14 days of authorisation.
- 4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
- · Change of mind: you cover the cost of return shipping.
- · Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full and replace or refund, including any original shipping paid.
- · We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund items lost on their way back to us.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we've inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the funds. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee on eligible returns.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct swap, mention it in your return email and we'll help where stock allows.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
