arph.shop (“Arph”, “we”, “us”) is operated by A R PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 05155452, with registered office at C/O Adepta Ltd, Hill Farm, Kirby Road, Kirby Bedon, Norwich, England, NR14 7DU, United Kingdom. Arph is our trading name for laundry and garment-care retail.

We sell laundry, drying and garment-care accessories. We do not sell washing machines, tumble dryers or electric heating appliances. We take care to describe products and show their specifications accurately; colours may vary slightly with your screen, and dimensions are approximate.

• · All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties or local taxes.
• · Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Your card statement will show the descriptor ARPH STORE.
• · We may correct any obvious pricing error before dispatch and will contact you if one affects your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already taken.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding and imagery on arph.shop is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

We don't limit liability for anything that can't lawfully be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
